Within Production Logistics, we offer development and operation of all or parts of the internal logistics for producing units.
We provide production logistics operation and development services, available through outsourcing or as a contracting solution. Our commitment is to enhance production flow quality, minimize lead times, and optimize costs. We manage our operations through a combination of targeted change projects and ongoing daily operational improvements.

Saab in Linköping is the manufacturer of the Swedish-developed combat aircraft JAS gripen. In Linköping there are today manufacturing and development operations and extensive logistics linked to several of Saab’s business areas.
Logent was given full responsibility for production logistics, including handling of goods reception, warehousing, kitting and line-side feeding, VAS and internal transport. Logent carried out a review of the entire production value chain to define SOPs and identify improvement areas as well as Coordination of subcontractors for the internal logistics chain.
The new solution has meant that Sabb has secured management of volume increases in production, increased transparency and control throughout the internal logistics value chain and a dedicated strategic partner to ensure long-term development of the supply chain.
Volvo Cars is a global manufacturer of passenger cars. The company designs and builds cars based on parts that are manufactured and delivered in Volvo’s own packaging. The packaging circulates between the supplier and Volvo’s production units.
Logent was commissioned to design, implement and operate Volvo’s packaging terminal in connection with the operations in Torslanda in Gothenburg. The facility has a high degree of automation with two robotic lines that run around the clock.
The new facility that Logent set up has had major positive effects for Volvo with >25% cost reduction. The solution is scalable and can be adapted to Volvo’s future needs and changing volumes. The facility was commissioned in 2016.
